2. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You may not misuse the Site, commit fraud, or violate applicable laws.
3. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or update products at any time.
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but variations may occur due to display settings.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
- By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email acknowledging receipt of your order.
- A binding sales contract is formed only when we send a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- Products are out of stock,
- Payment is not authorised, or
- A pricing or system error has occurred.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment methods accepted: M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and other secure gateways displayed at checkout.
- In the event of a pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.
6. Delivery
- Delivery is available across Kenya and to selected international destinations.
- Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the address provided.
7. Returns & Refunds
- You may return eligible items within 72 hours of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Customised items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., beauty, intimates)
- Refunds are issued as a store credit note (not cash) within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted within 72 hours of delivery, subject to stock availability and item condition.
- One free exchange is offered for size or colour if the requested item is available.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Loyalty Rewards
- From time to time, Novié may run promotions, sales, or offer discount codes.
- Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or loyalty rewards.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout — we cannot apply them retroactively to past orders.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund (except where faulty or misdescribed).
- Loyalty rewards, perks, or credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within the validity period stated.
- Novié reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at its sole discretion.
